How do I close / delete my SharpTools account?

If you would like to close your SharpTools account and delete all associated data, please send a message to support@sharptools.io from the email address associated with your SharpTools account requesting that your account be deleted.  
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been terminated. 

🛑 Please do not manually disconnect SmartThings or Hubitat locations from your account if you want all of your location and thing data purged from the system along with your account. If you manually disconnect the location before requesting your account deletion, the location information is not associated with your account at the time of deletion and thus won't be purged with an account deletion. 

Home Assistant and Homey connections are not impacted by this as they offer a DELETE function rather than a DISCONNECT function and the data is immediately purged when you delete the location.
